Refund & Returns

At Chris n Crys, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (like opened oils, soaps, toothpaste, lash oil, etc.) cannot be returned once used.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Delivery charges (Rs. 400) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
